My Accurate Bleeding is set on Basic (Recommended) and my Accurate Date is set on Fast (Default)

Here's something strange I wanted to share.
I backtracked to an area where textures weren't being loaded (as I felt it was a more suitable place to play with settings). However once I came to the area I realised that the textures were all there. Once I took Nina to grab some air to dive back down however, the problem came back.
As you can see from the video, the area looks like it supposed to only when coming out of the air duct.
