Fixing unplayable games

How can I port over a thread I made last week about Gran Turismo 4 Japanese SCPS-17001 and see what can be done to fix the crashes?

Not really unplayable as software mode seems to be fine, but anyway. Edit: software mode is also affected without patch.

Fix for graphical issues, QTE events, subtitles. Work in hardware, and software mode. Allow to remove CRC hack.

Patch can be easily ported to other versions of games, but i don't own them. 
I created this patch today for PS3, and noticed that pcsx2 have the same issue. Tested, and it work.

Is there any patch for ESPN Major League Baseball 2K4? Darn thing freezes whenever I try to play a game. I can post a video if you want proof or don't understand it.

Hey prafull. any chance you can fix World Series Baseball 2k3 (SLUS 20611). The game hangs and freezes at the loading screen. tried on ver 1.4.0 and the latest dev build ver 1.5.0. updated on 03-01-2019. Thanks for your time and Keep up the great work on the patches.
