Flickering lines in top/left corners when using MSAA

Hacks are hacks for a reason;p, anyway I checked how it looks and the solution is simple, for any game with a glitchy pixel-two lines on the edges of the screen, you can simply zoom it slightly to cut them off;p, Config>Emulation Settings>GS Window>Zoom. Something like 100.60 was enough in my quick test.

I normally keep zoom at 101 for this exact reason

100.40 works fine already
Even though I had to increase the internal resolution a little bit because it blurred the image a bit..
