Fog for GS plugins?

Its possible to add fog for GS plugins?? Because when I play Tekken 4 and im fight in bigger arenas the game play runs very slow..when the camera view see only the fighters and a wall the game runs very fast..

If there is a possibility for Fog mode..Games runs perfectly even without skipping artifacts items..heads and lights in the game
