Fps assistance

Ok so I was playing kingdom hearts and i reset pcsx2 and my fps went haywire on normal its running ~120 fps with out limiter 200+ and i don't want to use slow mo to fix this how can I return it back to normal? I'm running the games as ISO's i didn't have any problems until now maybe i accidentally pushed something on the keyboard i wasn't suppose to any help would be appreciated and if in wrong section I apologize please feel free to relocate this to the correct section thanks again.

it was running fine with those settings if thats the case what should i put them at then i've tried lowering it to 100% 80% ect...

i've tried that it just changes the limiter to turbo and the fps stays the same could it be that my emu can't distinguish the limiter from normal and turbo?

Edit: well then... it fixed it self some how weird???

100 % and not ticking the box "Disable Frame limmiter" should give you 100% speed

I agree with refuge on this.
Dunno what you have been doing with the settings, but fiddling with base framerate isn't a good idea if you're a noob at configuring the emu.
Erase all the ini files and reconfigure pcsx2 from scratch
