Playing FFX on this current setup:
CPU: Intel® Core i5-3317U 1.7 GHZ
Video card: Intel HD 4000
Memory: 8 GB
Game was running fine yesterday but fps dropped from 60 to 25 when i starting playing.
EE at 100% and GS at 30%
I did run a software tuneby using Advanced System Care today. Any idea if this is causing my low fps?

there are vary scanario may lead to....:
1.your laptop CPU has a "U" suffix "ultra-low power" meaning it's does not use much performance poor in emulating games especially you don't have a Nvidia or ATi.
2.ASC has made up a distraction during your emulation try uninstalled/remove that software.
3.as your laptop heat-up further your FPS will drop as well.
make sure you have enough laptop cooling hardware.
4.some graphic effects in FFX like demi and hellfire needs an correct intense CPU/GPU hardware don't expect your laptop survive that GFX effect.
you will sure get the EE% reading at 100% scale.

I found the problem. My laptop had went to powersaving mode. I change it back to performance and the game is running at 60 fps now. Thanks again for your help.
