Fps issues

i do not know what plugins to use while playing ff 10-2. like gdsx things. Kingdom hearts 2 runs well on it , but i do not know how to configure it to make it run well, constant 60 frames per second.
Sorry if i was quite vague, i do not know how to say it.

What are your settings, btw you know that the fmv's in ffx-2 are pretty demanding right.
