Frame Drops during Gameplay

i just got a new laptop and im trying to run some of my games, however with a specific game (Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2) im having a similar issue i had with my previous pc.

this is the specs of my new laptop.

Intel i7-8750H 2.20GHz (12 CPUs)
GPU1 : Intel UHD Graphics 630
GPU2 : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060
Ram: 16 gb

I already configured another game to run perfectly on this pc (Def Jam Fight For NY) however this one is difficult. the problem is during in game menus and gameplay, as at random the game drops from 60fps to 40 to 50 fps for about 5 seconds, then suddenly goes back to 60fps.

i tried many different settings and my laptop is on high performance. still no change no matter what i do. does anyone had a issue like this with this game (or this issue with another game?)

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
