Frame rate and stuttering issues with good PC

PC Specs: Intel i5 7500 Quad Core 3.4 GHz, Nvidia 1060 6 GB, 16 GB of RAM

I've seen hundreds of forum posts about performance issues on numerous sites. They all seem to deal with frames and stuttering. I have the same issues. However, it seems that all those posts include people who use i3s and lower i5 processors. My specs are above. I've been trying to play Champions of Norrath (is this too demanding of a game even for a PC of my caliber?) I just want to know what I can do to increase my frames and such. I'm constantly stuck at 50% and 25% speed no matter what GS I use, nothing helps. The audio and video are extremely choppy. Can someone please help me out, I'm up to try anything to fix this. Thank you.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

It says the code is too large. What specific part of it should I include?

Then archive the file and add it here as attachement.

Champions of Norrath is one of the snowblind games that run extra slow even on powerful hardware but I think something was done on some of the 1.5 betas that helps fix the problem that cases the speed drop.
Try the latest beta and use OpenGL

And I am not sure but I think you also have to enable some option(there is definetly some info in the forum)

Downloaded latest version of 1.5. Used all GS's. They all yield the same result. Lag and stuttering. Can you elaborate on that option I must enable that was on the forum (you were kinda vague about it).

Try enable 8 bits texture and the fast texture invalidation hack.
