That's what I was gonna say, make sure you're not trying to do SSSE3 which yours doesn't support.

It is the same with sse4.1 (amd uses 4.0 and intel uses 4.1)

hehe,i know it does support,but tell that to the team behind epsx2 emulator,they obviously don't know that .Epsx2 emulator claims that only intel procesors are supported by those instructions when i put plugin sse3 or sse41.It drops error message "This cpu does not support SSE3".

Isn't epsx2 the ps1 emulator? If so, your using the wrong emulator unless that was a typo. In that case I'm pretty sure epsx2 would probably not detect sse3 because It hasn't been updated in years.
Incase that was a typo is your CPU stable? i remember I had my cpu at 3.75 ghz and it wasn't truly stable, but when I lowered it to a nice stable 3.4 ghz it ran a lot better with less studdering. My main problem now is that I need a better cpu .
