Frame rate issues in FF13 and KH

my laptop is a HP the dv-7 model...prefer specs on my siggy
same as Topken when i enter CMOS settings the laptop bios is not allowed overclock and even disabling i7's HT it's is locked.
for safety reasons of avoiding laptops warranty.
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)
PCSX2 Discord server IGN:smartstrike
PCSX2 version uses:Custom compiled buildĀ 1.7.0 64-bit(to be update regularly)

Well yes, laptops are generally clock-locked.

and here i was exited about ff 13 on ps2 hardware emulated on pcsx2 -,-

but to beon topic.. sorry to say but that machine is just to weak for ps2 emulation.

it *may* emulate some gamecube/wii games tho on the dolphin emulator but that is a whole different story Tongue

I did some research. The HP Pavilion 061 cannot be overclocked, which is deeply annoying. Instead, the best I can suggest is agressive speedhacking.

Also Ambient_Malice next time you suggest OC to people who have no idea about it, do inform them that it can potentially permanently harm their hardware if done wrong, it's pretty important.
