well just so you know that post that you're referring to was posted like ~20 days ago (so if the mods didn't lock it then, then most probably they won't now ), and who knows if there are games that are only downloadable (but he would also need to have it modded if the game he's trying to get is only in a region that his ps2 doesn't support )

If he's playing games his PS2 doesn't support, then he can't be using his BIOS..

can you lot stop witch hunting? He might have imported the games for all you know, it doesnt mean he wont be using his own bios or that he pirated the games or anything.
