Framerate drops

I'm trying to play Call of Duty 3. The opening cutscene of the campaign operates at 60 fps but as soon at the playable part of the game starts I drop down to 10-35 fps. 

Processor: i5-7200U 2.50Ghz 2.70Ghz

Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 620

BIOS I'm Using: USA 2.3.0

PCSX2 Version: 1.6.0

The CPU's STP is 1789,well below the minimum 2000 to get more intense games to run.

The lack of a dedicated GPU is also a problem.

You can enable recommended speed hacks and set your power plan to High Performance if you have the cooling for it but I don't think you'll be able to get a stable 60 throughout sadly.
