Yes they do, the "extreme edition" processors cover this

i7-5820K is a 6 core (12 thread) cpu
i7-5960X is an 8 core (16 thread) cpu

as you can expect, they both cost a bunch Tongue

on PCSX2, he's probably right, per core performance on AMD is lousy at best, but if you can get all 8 of them cores pumping, they go some.

If your DVD is damaged, not much you can do, then.
pcsx2 can't do miracles
