Frames Per Second

I have been battling for a while now trying to get this to work for me. After updating and many, many times of configuring the plugins, I keep failing to get any game to play right. I need the game to play as close to 60fps as possible. The game will play, but just very "slow-mo; like." Can anyone help?

Updated Direct X...but not sure what version it is.

If someone can help me...I will be very grateful.

1) We do not provide support for alpha SVN builds of PCSX2 in this forum
2) Your CPU is a mobile part, only at 2,2 Ghz and weak. You will not get good performance with PCSX2 whatever you do.
3) You never mentioned the graphics card but judging from the processor that should be pretty weak too.

Mobile gpu are just too weak for pcsx2
