It has a PCI-E expansion slot so yes it should work but it's a pretty slow card, try going for a 8600gt or 9500gt if you don't have much of a budget.

sorry if im becoming annoying, but does that mean that the 9500gt won't?

Anything over 512mb would be wasted for those weak cards and just add to the price.

ram is used by the PC to sort programs, not pcsx2. ram is for reliability in a system. (and I'd NEVER recommend playing pc games under the recomended ram, they get very unrelaible, even if everything else flys) PCSX2 doesn't need alot of ram, it just takes what it can get.
