Gamefixes Used:

Switch to GSdx Software Render for FMV

Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed-game): Much

Comments:

FMV are choppy and have frame issues unless Switch to GSdx Software Render for FMV is enabled.
Very CPU intensive during in-game cut-scenes.
There seems to be an overlay during cut-scenes which will make graphics look blocky and low res unless Texture Filtering is enabled.
Enable HW Hack Sprite will keep the on screen text from bleeding.
Have not tested network features.
Language Patch must be applied before Hanger Mod Patch is manually inserted.

Bugs:

General slow-down when cut-scenes and special attack scenes involving an overlay of some sort for blurring and trailing shadow/ghost effect? About 50% performance hit.
Slow-down during Memory Card access.

It seems now currently with the OGL core setting Preload Frame Data and setting Half Pixel Offset to vertex allows everything in this game to render essentially perfect and playable now. (Aside from a few texture upscaling glitches which is pretty standard)No broken shadows i've seen so far and bloom/dof are generally aligned.

Comments:
The game works fine in 1080p 60 FPS, I didn't notice any special bugs in the game.

Bugs: When you go to ''Load Game'' and try to load a saved game, the game immediately freezes. This happens in hardware mode, but you can use software mode. Once your save game has loaded, you can safely use hardware mode.
