Full boot vs Fast boot

Hi all,
I have question
Why does on fullboot "KOEI" logo isn't blinking? But when fast boot it is blinking(dynasty 6)or other games affect it?

Better doing the fast boot on almost all situations (I have no game that needs to start from the BIOS and don't know one).

For bypassing the initial BIOS load are avoided problems related to region and such.

Amplitude needs full boot, but most games work best witb fast boot

you must use full boot for multi language game (for example dragon quest VIII) with no choice language.
