in this picture the "windowed" option doesn't exist in the new ver 0.9.7

but it's exist in the old version 0.9.6

please help....

Uh, you need to click on the game window then press Alt+Enter now.

You start the game and then press left alt + enter with the game window open. That doesnt work?
