Fullscreen secondary monitor problem

in pcsx2 1.6 it worked but the old version didnt remember its position at all so it was quite useless for me
the output on that screen can take 4k
the problem only shows up on pcsx
doesnt matter which resolution i take
maybe its this borderless window thingy?
could you make some real full screen mode?
and no its not overlapping its streching it over 3 screens
or better said the attempt to go to full screen is so huge that it only fits on 3 screens
and is cut off at the bottom

the update today 06-20-22 changed the vertical position, now it aligns with the top border of all screens, but still wrong

i tested again i dont give up Laugh
i saw that under D3D11+12 the fullscreen jumps to another monitor
and under opengl and vulcan is stretches like in the screenshots i posted
maybe that helps

now it goes to fullscreen on the wrong display in all modes opengl/vulcan/D3D11+12
no longer expands to some weird size
but doesnt go to fullscreen on the display i want Sad
could it be that pcsx2 have some probs with 4k?
the update download progress window does still the same thing like in the first screenshot from post #13
and the acknowledgement ok button and the file logger appears on the primary monitor after updating
whilst opening the program on another monitor

some further testing
aaaaaand
under D3D11 and really only under 11 it kinda like works somehow
when i set resolution to either 1280x1080 or 1920x1200 didnt test more
ok borderless fullscreen also works now
but pcsx2 or windows or something else dunno
switches to some weird higher resolution but it works more or less
when i set 1920x1080 the whole display cant make a screenshot its only
shown on the monitor ui it switches the whole display to 2288x1430

ok it gets weird
after it worked in D3D11 with some specific resolutions it also worked in all modes D3D12 opengl and vulcan
after a program restart it doesnt work in any mode now
ok so if i set D3D11 on 1920x1200 it works while it switches the display to that weird 2288x1430
afterwards it work on all modes if i dont restart pcsx2
ok 1920x1200 also doesnt work after restart it forces the main window in between 2 displays
and also starts fullscreen mode on another monitor
ok it doesnt matter which resolution it doenst survive a restart of the program
it just works one time and only if i go to D3D11 and switch to some of those resolutions
afterwards all modes work at will but only until a restart

the overall size is just a bit reduced 
could live with that
or is that compensated with cropping?
oh no sorry its just intro video which is reduced
game itself runs perfectly now
ok setting FMV aspect ratio to off(default) fixed it
so everything perfect now

ok new problem,

i start emulators with playnite
if i start pcsx2 over playnite it starts fullscreen on the primary dipslay
instead of the one i want it
if i start pcsx2 normally it remembers everything fine

ok solved playnite working directory was obsolete
