The TLB misses point to a potentially bad iso rip. Re-rip your iso from disc using imgburn, which is the best program for this task.

get it back and re-rip it.

Turns out guys that the ISO was corrupted when I was transporting it from my laptop to my computer! I forgot to eject it and it corrupted the data. That or you shouldn't run ISO's from usb flash disks. Either way it works now thanks for the help.
