http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/

I was planning on making contributions, which I can't do with the snapshots Sad

I followed the compilation guide from start to end, and I'm still getting that crashing problem.

The compile guide doesn't work for VS 2013, namely the bit about adding the include files.

Dude, first clarify (for us - if it's already clear to you), if the official builds also crash on your system, or is it only your own builds which crash?

I'm opening my forked copy of the PCSX2 Git source in VS 2013 Pro. Without making any changes whatsoever, I get around 19 errors and about 30 warnings (most of which are C2664 warnings). By getting rid of all the warnings, I am able to launch PCSX2, but it crashes when launching a game, regardless of PCSX2's settings.

I expected to open the source without any errors, but I'm not sure how to get rid of these ones.

And you quote me because you answered my question? or just for fun?

I'm using the official builds, not my own. I haven't made any changes before trying to build/compile it.

So first please try a recent development binary build and check if it only crashes with your own builds or also with official builds from here http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/ .

None of the automated binary builds have the aforementioned problem. Just when I try to build the latest GIT source code.

So, in a nutshell, when I'm not getting build errors, I'm crashing.

Recent sources may be broken on windows (at least they were recently - not sure if it's fixed yet). Try 7b7a977

With 7b7a977, all the errors and warnings have been narrowed down to just one error, but one that I can't seem to get rid of:

C2065: 'D3D11_BUFFER_UAV_FLAG_COUNTER' : undeclared identifier

Googling the error gave me just 3 results - one of them being a post I made about it in the past, but there haven't been any replies.
