GOD of War - Bug Hydra

hy guys, i'm with a problem on GOW. lets start, the first Boss- HYDRA -, i kill the 2 small hydras, and i go to kill the big hydra, when i am on the last part to kill her, when we must to press rapidly CIRCLE, the custcene dont appers, and the big hydra disappears, and i dont get the key....???? what i have to do to fix it? does someone already had this problem before? 
i'm using the 1.2.1 version. Please Help Meeeeee

I just played through this not too long ago on the newest version of pcsx2 and had absolutely no issues. I played it in hardware mode with the preset for speed hacks set to balanced.

• Any non default settings you are using.

You did enter the hydra mouth after that right(you get the key from a person about to fall inside the hydra)

RAM: Hiperx 8gb
GPU: R9 270 2gb
Windows 10 pro
PCSX2 1.2.1

Iam using the default settings of pcsx2.  and i'm trying to play God Of War on ISO.
