GOW II IS SLOW

I got the greenish thing gone but it is slower now. I use the speed hacks to increase the speed to maximum but it still slow. What do I need to do to speed it up? What specs for the computer do I need to use to get faster fps? Or what pluggins do I need?

please post your pc specs, plugins config, pcsx2 version, etc...
keep in mind that gow is a very demanding game, by the way.

CPU=Core 2 duo VIDEOCARD=Geforce 7950 gtx RAMMEMORY=2GIGS. PCSX2= 0.9.6. PLUGGINS= GSdx 1075 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.15. Also I cant save the game when I see the first save point of the game after I killed the statue.
