there your DVD is actually detected as a DVD-DL.

did you try with only hw hack "agressive crc" checked ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

As I remember, the green screen is a known issue from the past, but got fixed using a special tweak only for GoW. PCSX2 detects GoW using CRC and apply the fix automatically.

From PCSX2 wiki, the CRC for GoW NTSC-U is D6385328. His is F2A8D307. You're wasting your time suggesting, javelin. Without the correct CRC, it won't work correctly.

I know this CRC problem.

probably another unrecognized version, then.
I thought the devs had covered them all.

From what I know all PS2 discs having the same catalogue always have the same data, bit-to-bit. It is weird that you got the different CRC. Are you sure your disc is genuine?

These are known GoW CRCs detected by GSDX, from GSCrc.cpp:
Quote: {0xD6385328, GodOfWar, US, 0},
{0xFB0E6D72, GodOfWar, EU, 0},
{0xEB001875, GodOfWar, EU, 0},
{0xCF148C74, GodOfWar, EU, 0},
{0xCA052D22, GodOfWar, JP, 0},
{0xBFCC1795, GodOfWar, KO, 0},
{0x9567B7D6, GodOfWar, KO, 0},
{0x9B5C97BA, GodOfWar, KO, 0},
{0xA61A4C6D, GodOfWar, NoRegion, 0},
{0xE23D532B, GodOfWar, NoRegion, 0},
{0xDF1AF973, GodOfWar, NoRegion, 0},
// same CRC as US {0xD6385328, GodOfWar, NoRegion, 0},
{0x1A85E924, GodOfWar, NoRegion, 0}, // cutie comment
{0x608ACBD3, GodOfWar, CH, 0}, // cutie comment

Yours is obviously not in the list. Anyway, you have two choice:
  1. Buy a new disc
  2. Modify GSCrc.cpp, add your own CRC and build PCSX2 yourself.
Both are quite impractical to you I think. But there is no other way, unless you can contact PCSX2 programmers, request them to add your CRC, and wait... maybe a couple of years 'till they do that. Laugh
