If a $150 card is all that it will take to convert this rig to a functional gaming rig (at least for my purposes), then I'd say I can definitely justify the GTX750. Most of my PC gaming friends are "serious", and will barely look at a GPU if it costs less than $300 :|
I swear one of my friends has spent more time modding Skyrim and upgrading his PC than he's actually spent playing Skyrim...
EDIT: What is the functional difference between the two you linked?

My Radeon 7870 was $170 and I can run any game in existence on high or ultra settings.
Edit: The one Nobbs posted has a better cooler and a factory overclock.
Gaming Rig: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.8Ghz | GTX 1070 TI | 32GB RAM | 960GB(480GB+480GB RAID0) SSD | 2x 1TB HDD

Sounds great, I'll order the Gigabyte model once I figure out a few other things I need. I've been looking into a 3.5" internal card reader and an SSD, so I may as well order everything at once.

That card should be a decent gaming card.
