No, the nvidia driver decides for itself, this option is completely seperate to PCSX2. and MTVU is for the internal VU's, nothing to do with the graphics, only gsdx interacts with the nvidia drivers.

The best thing you can do if you want to squeeze performance, is try each one and see which brings you the biggest performance boost Smile However i expect it will be negledgable.
