GS Plugin failed

Getting an error message when trying to run cd/dvd, says GS plugin failed to open/initialize, then it says Pcsx2 has to close.
Comp. Specs AMD Phenom 9150e Quad-core Processer 4.00GB Ram Radeon X1650 Series 1.80GHz

You're not using DrectX 10 mode are you? That card only support up to DirectX 9. Also, slow CPU is slow.

Make sure you update your DirectX.
