oh okay, it's just when i use SSE2 i only get about 25 fps when I play NFS Undergorund D:

your CPU won't be up to the task for a game like NFS underground.
Changing your GS plugin won't change anything in terms of FPS.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM : 16 Go

@tallbender bulldozer can handle SSSE3 but indeed that's not the cpu he/she is using

so I should upgrade my cpu instead of my graphics card?

upgrading a CPU is the main priority.

Well through some miracle I am now getting 55-60 fps and a low of 40 in some spots of the tracks.
