GS plugin?

Hey there. I just downloaded this program, and when I try to configure it, it comes up with this error: "Could not load GS Plugin 'plugins': <NULL>"
I followed the set up guide to the letter, and I was hoping someone could enlighten me. Thank you.

List PCSX2 version you are using and your GSdx plugin version.
Also post your full PC specs

I had the same error message with the latest GSdx plugin. Go here and follow the instructions. You may need the VisualC SP1 pack...
