This is my first time using pcsx2... Whenever i start the emulator it says it can't load GS plugin. I have no idea what that is so any help would be appreciated

Make sure you update your DirectX:

OK that worked
thank you .... but now it says it can't find bios. Is that a part of the game?(got the game off one of my ps2 cd's)

No, you need to extract the BIOS from your PS2 not the discs.
