GS plugin error insuffient harware HELP!

hello i was playing dbz on pcsx2 a while back and it was acutally working great i got a good 50-100 fps but 1 day my lil sis download directx9 n i all ready had 11 then i put dbz on n to my suprise it said gs plugin error insuffisent harware so i did every thing i download this thing called microsoft x86 n it still nver worked please help i ned help here is everything:
