GS plugin failed to load

Hello.
It's while booting any game. If I set renderer to OpenGl, and boot the game, an error appears(attached its screenshot). But if I boot the game on Direct11, then change renderer to OpenGl, works with no problem, even if I reboot it(without closing app).
Here's emulog:

you need a real GPU to handle this
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

What do you mean by real GPU? Is the nvidia graphic card(appears as a hardware in device manager display adapters) just created by intel card? A virtual card somehow?

no. if you have an nvidia card, pcsx2 should be set to use it instead of your iGPU

probably because your GPU doens't support OGL 4

But why this just happens when booting a game? As I said, if I change renderer to Opengl while playing, the problem doesn't happen. also after I change it, I can reboot any other game and they boot with no problem. Oh, almost forgot to mention that I'm sure it works, because makes better performance in some games.
I think better add this one too:

That's what I was talking about. If I change it after boot, works with no problem.

I think I should post these pics too. May describe the problem better. If my GPU can't support OGL, so shouldn't run it at all, right? Take a look at the pics

Type in the Start menu graphic settings and once there, add pcsx2 and set it to high performance
Then run pcsx2 like normal with ogl hw selected
