GT 4 Problem - first race

Hey guy i played Gran Turismo 4 on my PCSC2 0.9.9.5037 (svn) jan 5 2012

al its fine but when i start my first race (b-licenz) becomes this fail mesage

i have this configuration

That pack contains illegal BIOS files. We have no support for piracy.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
