Game runs perfectly fine normally, but i wanted to cheat in some starting money.

Fresh game of GT4 (SCUS-97328), i load a set money cheat for 150k starting money and disable the cheat again. Everything works fine until i try to enter a race. Then i get a few hundred lines of

GS: Memory allocation Failure.

And then the Emu hangs with:

D:\a\pcsx2\pcsx2\common\Vulkan\Context.cpp(1078) : assertion failed:
    Function:  Vulkan::Context:LaughoSubmitCommandBuffer
    Thread:    MTGS
    Condition: false
    Message:  Failed to submit command buffer.

Interestingly, when i switch over to OpenGL using the savegame with an cheated amount of money, upon race start i get the following in the log:

Available VRAM is very low (-71326916), a crash is expected! Enable conservative buffer allocation or reduce upscaling! (I have that setting enabled, though?)
GS: Memory allocation failure.

The game still runs this way, but VERY bad performance.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here
