GT4 OpenGL frame drops in the showroom.
My problem is fairly simple

Im using a current version of pcsx2 trying to play GT4 using OpenGL Hardware to get the best image quality possible, and it works fine with the exception of the car showrooms, when you are outside of a race and you see the vehicle spinning slowly, at those moments GPU usage spikes to 99% and the framerate drops and constantly fluctuates between 30 and 50FPS and it happens at any level of Internal resolution.

This problem doesn't appear on Direct 3D 11, neither does in OpenGL Software mode and during races or at other parts of the game it runs at a locked 59FPS, i have searched for a similar posts and tried different configurations but haven been able to find a solution, if it exists.

My PC Specs are: 
CPU: 7700k @ 4.7Ghz
GPU: GTX1070 
RAM: 16GB @ 2600Mhz.

During a race (GPU usage hovers around 40% and i get fairly constant 60FPS, never gets lower than 58):

What if you set Blending to None?
