GT4 kinda freezes after 1st warning screen

i went to play GT4 but after the 1st warning screen it just goes black but the FPS and cpu is still changeing pretty fast heres a screenshot of my plugins anyone know how to fix this?

Fixed according to patch notes in more recent versions.
