Don't know what's wrong but most of everything feels right but i've only had 1 minor issue and 1 major one, the first being as every car I got into the car would honk indefinitely, that was fixed by changing the control layout to setting 2 in the game settings. The major issue I have is I'm locked into free aim no matter what, it won't lock on and instead has the aiming crosshair, surprisingly enough I'm able to lock on only with melee though. If it makes a difference, I'm using a ps4 controller and here is my lilypad settings.

what wrapper are you using ?
Steam of Ds4windows ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
