How remove that square?
Solution if you someone stuck here :
You need go to GSdx Settings and set render to OpenGl. Then relaunch game and do mission from start till enemies car enter airport, then press F1 (save state) and exit game, finnaly set render to Direc3D 11 (Hardware) and reopen game, press F3 then its loaded. You will need then defend plane and mission completed. Remember if you use OpenGl for whole mission it will crashes where plane part.
