GTA: liberty city stories very slow
#1
GTA liberty city stories is running at about 90% slow motion, I don't think it has anything to do with the emulation or GSdx setings as i've tried every suggestion I could find, does anyone know whats wrong?

To be fair, LCS is also quite a lagfest in real hardware due to how unoptimized that port was.
But anyway, have you tried disable MTVU? IIRC this game doesn't like it. Also in GSDX setting, try to enable 'Allow 8-Bit Textures'.

I opened Boots ISO (full) and that was the same, just very slow, speedhacks MTVU (multi-Threaded microVU1) is unticked and I enabled 'Allow 8-Bit Textures' but everything is still the same.

And it's probably the same on your ps2

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here
