I'm using a USA BIOS out of my PS2, the game is in .iso format and coded NTSC-U. I have messed around with the config settings. None of the DX11, DX10, 9 etc, will show the start screen.

PC specs:
Windows 8 Release Preview
Intel core i5 2500K
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSI 7850
AMD catalyst 10.5
1920x1200 monitor.

The error in the emulator log is

What kind of settings would you like? Also what's the best way to pull settings config? Do I just copy it manually?

Screenshot of your emulation settings and maybe GSdx too..

If that will bring hassle to you, just post any non-default settings...

Edit: NVM, found it. I don't think anyone cares about this game, unfortunately.

Thought I'd give my copy a go as I haven't tried it for a while, same result. The only way I can get it off the loading screen is if I put IOP into interpreter, though don't get too excited as you are just met with a black screen after that. This is a very underrated (unknown?) game.

I've seen the PAL version floating around before now (Penny Racers), might see if I can buy a copy from the local 2nd hand shops.
