CRC errors mean unreadable image. Is not emulator's problem and it can't solve it. You'll have to remake the disk image (prefer using ISO instead MDF) and use the free Imgburn application to do it. Notice that if your original disks are defective (scratched or such) you may not be able to avoid the CRC failures.

Do I need to re cloned into ISO format?
Why the U.S. version of MDF is correct?
However, the simulator is always perfect,Thanks for your help.

Not because the image is in MDF format (which got emulator's support just recently by what I know and is possibly not mature like the ISO support), the problem is the copy is defective and must be redone, since you are going to do it anyway, the advice is to make it ISO instead.

Edit: Besides is highly advised to use the emulator's internal ISO reader instead using virtual driver with the emulator. Yet I may be outdated in this information and would like to be confirmed or told the support has enhanced over time.

Edit 2: since is unsure the actual problem was understood, the CRC or Cyclic Redundancy Check is a verification on the data integrity and if it fails it means the data is corrupted or is unreadable, there is nothing the emulator or the plugin can do to correct the issue, the copy is corrupted and can't be read and then must be redone clean.

If I remember correctly, the "CRC" check (was it a proper CRC?) is done on the ELF file. The elf file present on the image is PBPX_952.01 [0x0AE42E34] and seems to match the DoA2 entry in the database. You can compare your game with redump's info to see if there's a mismatch.
