naah i think it's a perma-effect nor perma-integer error due to over-exp-multiplier e.g. instant lv-99 causing gameguard to mess up your game data and the game saves.
try load your game that you didnt applying a cheat (normal lv and stats) and see what happens in future battles
man i already beaten the games once and killed Etheral Queen. w/ no cheats i took 108 hrs. on it.
