As i told you earlier if i use D3D11-12 settings as renderer then i can change the internal resolution but if i use the software as renderer it wont allow me to change the internal resolution kindly send me a screen shot how to change it using software as renderer ? and using D3D11-12 as renderer make FPS less

You can't upscale with software mode
