Game dropping fps in some cars, HELP

i have this issue where my game is perfect with 60 fps all the time, BUT certain cars when i see them in the dealerships and in the race menus, they dip hard my fps down to 9-10 fps

the cars in question that i had this problems where the Pontiac Sunfire and the Acura DN-X, im sure a lot more have this problem but those are the 2 that i found out in my gameplay, have no ideia what is causing this, HELP

i'd say your cpu is a bit subpar for a game like this one.
