Game freezes on Memory card select

Whenever I attempt to load the game "Champions: Return to Arms" using the program, the game cannot progress past the "Select Memory Card Slot" screen. The game is fully frozen, as i cannot even move the cursor between card slots.

However, I still maintain a framerate of roughly 60 fps.

Any ideas?

Its a laptop, so integrated video card

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
