Game has lines across the screen and running slow-motion

New thread since other got closed (My mistake)

When I launch Mercenaries, it has these weird lines across the screen and the game is also running at what seems to be half speed (or slower) and the sound is really, really choppy (unbearable), and my FPS is really low, around the 30 fps mark.

I will try these other games shortly:
007 Nightfire
Spartan - Total Warrior
+ Any other games I find from my childhood 

Also, I am using these components:
Intel Pentium G3258
GTX 660 2GB
8GB DDR3 RAM
