Game not loading fully?

I've downloaded the iso of the ps2 Monopoly Party.

When I run it, the interface and music loads alright, but the actual game, it's just a black screen. Here's a screenshot:

My PC Gaming Laptop specs are:

Intel i7 quad core @2.5GhZ

GeForce 940m graphics card 

11GB RAM

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?
