Game titles in japanese?!?! Why?

Hi

i have updated to the latest release of PCSX2 Nightly 1.7.5191 and i notice this strange behaviour: almost all the japane games now have the japanese title, so it is impossible to understand the title of the game:

Is it possible to fix this? If i modify the title, it is automatically modified into the GameIndex.yaml file. But as soon as i will update the emulator, i will have to change all the games again as the file will be overwritten! 

Is it possible to solve this problem?

settings > Gamelist > Prefer English titles. That should fix it

Last question: i have some missing covers even if the .jpg file are available into the covers folder. I renamed the .jpg file as the TITLE of the game, but the covers aren't detected. For example:

I renamed the cover in this way:

i rescan all games but the cover isn't detected...

I tried to copy the Sorted title into the Title and rename the .jpg file like them but i didn't solve the issue...i don't understand which is the problem...

If it's impossible for you to understand japanese,
 then why did you buy the japanese editions of the games in the first place?
