Game was playable and without any changes, now it's not.

Actually the power management should not cause this kind of problem, it is even almost unknown with AMD CPU. Something in the combination Intel + Windows + laptop can't sense PCSX2 is claiming for more CPU power and not only doesn't put the CPU at nominal speed as sometimes even downclock it.

So there is no reason to feel bad, that was something we had to discover ourselves and now is common knowledge among veteran users.

actually nosisab same thing with native pc games.
When i use balanced or power saver plan.some most demanding games feel laggy.
But when i use high performance they run at normal speed Smile
so not only issue with pcsx2 which is more demanding emu btw !
